Design Snack – Color Inspiration

By NYIAD Wedding Mentor on February 11, 2015

Welcome to another NYIAD Design Snack! In this week’s video, we learn that color inspiration comes from unexpected sources.

When choosing colors for a project or design, it is important that you look past the obvious sources of inspiration and pay close attention to the world around you. Sometimes, the best inspiration comes from places you visit, things you see, or experiences you have.

Color palettes can come from paintings, landscapes, packaging or anything else that catches your eye. Be prepared to take note when you see something that appeals to you visually.
