A Southern Bridal Tea This bridal tea was hosted at my home by several ladies in my family for an upcoming wedding. The bride's wedding colors are lavender and sage. The menu was simple - fruit, chicken salad on croissants, bite-sized quiche, and pimento cheese finger sandwiches. A variety of hot teas were served along with muffins, scones and pound cake with dollops of Devonshire clotted cream and orange marmalade as well as sweet iced tea and mint-infused water. The parting favors included organza bags filled with teas and crystallized candy as well as a summer hat.
