This is a mid-rise condo where clients downsized from a 7000 sq. ft. home into a 4800 sq. ft.. condo. They were ready for a change as their previous home was more traditional with their furnishings. They were wanting a fresh, open and airy....almost "beachy" feel for their new home. Rooms are: family room, formal dining room, master bedroom/bath and kitchen dining area.
