Naples Downtown Villa Project

Our concept was to create a contemporary coastal design with an open furniture floor plan for our client's great room design. They have an active family with three teenage children. Also, the villa is one block from the beach so lots of sandy feet will be running through this space. Therefore, we selected performance fabrics, indoor-outdoor grade rugs, and furniture on which you could put your feet up. The 96" sofa in white cleans up with soap and water. We decided on the indoor/outdoor "marine grade" swivel chairs in Sunbrella fabric. The custom-sized outdoor area rug is perfect and soft underfoot. We also added motorized blinds to all the windows for ease of use. The LED suspension overhead chandelier creates an architectural detail to the ceiling line and a warm glow in the evenings. The addition of sculptural lamps on the console adds a layer of coastal vibe to the space.

The custom built-ins we created for the breakfast room and beverage area help utilize the space to the fullest extent. Finally, introducing faux botanicals bring the greenery of the outside inside. Custom window seat cushion, pillows, and artwork complete the design.
