Our 2024 Graduation Ceremony will take place at Gas South Arena, Duluth, GA on Saturday, August 3, 2024.

- Successfully complete all academic and financial requirements by July 1, 2024.
- Complete graduate registration. More details to follow on registration, tickets, and regalia.
Graduate Cap & Gown
- Regalia can be purchased from the NYIAD Josten's store. Store link coming soon! Your cap, gown, and tassel will be mailed directly to you from Josten’s. If you prefer to purchase separately, please make sure your gown is black.
- You can expect to receive your regalia package within 4 weeks of payment and will be shipped directly to you from Josten’s. Orders must be placed by July 1, 2024 to ensure delivery in time for the event.
Your formal diploma, certificate, or degree will be sent to your home and will not be handed out at the ceremony.

Any graduate, from any year, from NYIAD, or our partner schools, is eligible to participate. To walk, you must successfully complete all academic and financial requirements by July 1, 2024.
Eligible graduates will receive an email with more information, including links to register and purchase tickets.
There is no way to guarantee guest tickets will be for sale on the day of graduation. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance.
No, as you should have received your diploma upon completion of your program. However, you will receive a diploma holder at the ceremony to commemorate this important day.

Location - Gas South Arena is located at 6400 Sugarloaf Parkway, Duluth, GA, 30097.
Parking - Parking for the event at Gas South Arena costs $10.
Graduates with questions about special accommodations can reach out to [email protected]. Be sure to include your full name and student ID number in the email. A sign language interpreter will be on stage to accommodate those with hearing disabilities.
NYIAD is part of a larger group of online learning providers, including those listed above. In order to accommodate the large demand and maintain the spirit of celebration for this special milestone for our learners, families and friends, the seven institutions will hold a combined graduation ceremony event.
Penn Foster Group is built up of many different school (Penn Foster, Ashworth, James Madison, NYIAD, NYIP, and CareerStep) and has students from across the country and globe. We are holding a joint ceremony to celebrate graduates from all of our schools.

Yes, learners will be recognized as graduates of the school they attended.
You will receive your diploma or certificate from the school in which you graduated. If you are enrolled in NYIAD, your diploma will state that as your achievement-granting entity.
Yes! Commemorative merchandise from the NYIAD School Store will be available for purchase on site.
