Jewelry Design Online Course

This may not come as a huge surprise to most of you, but I’ll say it anyway. Here at the NYIAD, we love creating courses for our students. We pride ourselves on creating courses that are as enjoyable as they are informative. And that is why we are thrilled to announce the launch of the newest course in the NYIAD family, Jewelry Design: Beading & Wire Working.

We started creating this course almost a year ago, and with the help of the amazing team of jewelry designers that we assembled, we are as excited as we have ever been to introduce a new course to you. Jewelry Design: Beading and Wire Working is designed to give anyone the skills and knowledge they need to design, create, and sell their own unique line of jewelry. Just like all of our courses, Jewelry Design combines beautifully illustrated lesson books, audio CD’s, and DVD video training, along with an array of design projects aimed at testing the skills you learn in each Unit.

In putting this course together, we learned a lot about the Jewelry Design community. We learned that it is a well-connected group of amazing people who are dedicated to their craft. We learned that the world of Jewelry Design is larger than we ever expected, and interest is growing faster now than ever before.

With the increase in technology and e-commerce, it has become easier than ever to sell your Jewelry online. With that in mind, we designed this course to teach you the fundamentals of design, as well as everything you need to know to start earning money doing what you love.
